Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on 5-year research initiatives
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through startup incubation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing principles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Fluency in at least two languages (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
