Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce high-impact future intelligence reports on AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps
- Build and manage a proprietary trend intelligence database using machine learning analytics
- Adv executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities for 2026 market positioning
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and academic symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario modeling methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative discipline
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology roadmaps (AI, quantum, biotech, climate)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., ACFS, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation for major organizations
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
