Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and white papers on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Design and deploy scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
- Represent the company at global forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario-planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation initiatives
- Experience with stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and government bodies
