Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Produce scenario-planning models quantifying potential futures across technology, geopolitics, and social evolution
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight insights into strategic roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist contributors and domain experts
- Integrate predictive analytics with human-centered design principles for future-proof solutions
- Represent company vision at international conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or future-oriented consulting
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Published author in futures studies or strategic foresight publications
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling visual narratives
