Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Vision Framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact workshops with global stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce quarterly Future State Reports with quantitative and qualitative trend forecasts
- Architect innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Establish KPIs to measure organizational preparedness for 2026 industry shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture across departments
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Scenario Planning preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
