Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and competitive disruption vectors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-state frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
