Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic foresight program, including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Develop proprietary frameworks for evaluating exponential technologies (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging disruption vectors and strategic implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends and disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
