Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead scenario planning workshops to map future industry disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on future societal impacts of technology
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
- Present strategic insights to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forespace preferred
