What You Will Do
As our Year 2026 Lead, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future-tech and practical engineering. Your work will ensure our platforms are resilient, scalable, and ready for the technological leaps expected in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable microservices and distributed systems that are resistant to quantum decryption methods.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into AI-driven infrastructure automation and predictive maintenance protocols.
- Modernize Legacy Code: Oversee the migration of existing monolithic architectures to modular, event-driven 2026-ready stacks.
- Define Security Standards: Establish protocols for zero-trust security architecture and autonomous threat response.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to integrate advanced AI models into core business logic.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers in adopting emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Futuristic Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, Web3, and generative AI models.
