Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions

- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Author white papers published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal analysis
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with trend data
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience with quantum computing and exponential technologies
- Fluency in at least two major languages (English required)
