As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, AI researchers, and sustainability pioneers to develop actionable strategies that balance technological advancement with ethical impact. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to identify emerging paradigms and transform abstract concepts into scalable commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate resilience systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate socioeconomic and technological shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and market readiness
- Curate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or patented innovations
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of scaling innovative concepts from ideation to commercialization
