Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Models: Design and implement robust machine learning algorithms tailored for real-time robotics applications, focusing on perception and decision-making.
- Hardware-Software Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize neural networks for edge computing devices and embedded systems.
- Prototype Future Systems: Lead the development of autonomous pilot programs targeting deployment by the year 2026.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies in quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering to enhance system performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of reinforcement learning, computer vision, and sensor fusion.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
