Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying disruptive market trends and competitive threats
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-state scenarios
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-vision narratives to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology background
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to diverse executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism preferred
