- Oversee the Horizon Foresight Lab's research initiatives and talent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Strong network with academic, government, and industry futurist communities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept translation
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
