Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced data modeling and predictive analytics
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders to map potential futures across tech, climate, and geopolitical domains
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-ready technologies into product roadmaps
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary insights to investors and board members to secure strategic funding
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next generation of strategic foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
