Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks by analyzing megatrends across technology, sustainability, and socio-economic landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to build adaptive future strategies
- Author high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to forecast emerging disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors with data-driven confidence
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic transformations
