Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author quarterly horizon reports on quantum computing, synthetic biology, and spatial computing
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Curate annual 'FutureProof' summit connecting disruptors across 15+ industries
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or human augmentation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
