Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Foresight Report for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technology disruption vectors
- Design and maintain Future Scenarios Framework for long-term planning
- Analyze global tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable innovations
- Present findings to C-suite and board members using data-driven storytelling
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists and trend analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record publishing technology trend reports (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, custom dashboards)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, MFIA)
