Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Architect strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Deliver executive briefings to C-suite stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and WEF journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate adaptation, or human augmentation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
