Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging societal paradigms
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026-2030
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex futures insights into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating technological disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or technology trend analysis (blogs, journals, books)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) strongly preferred
