Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework for Horizon Dynamics
- Lead horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Produce quarterly trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing leadership
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
