Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight initiatives using advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-focused products and services
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-ready technologies into current product roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations, white papers, and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust future intelligence framework within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, MBA, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
