Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research on technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product development and market expansion
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for stakeholder decision-making
- Design and facilitate workshops on future-focused strategy with global teams
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia and industry
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Experience with AI/ML applications in trend prediction systems
