As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and sustainable energy pioneers to develop roadmaps that will redefine industries by 2026. Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology adoption roadmaps
- Author quarterly Horizon Scans identifying disruptive innovations across biotech, AI, and space tech
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M innovation budget for pilot projects
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics methodologies
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Published research in Journal of Future Studies or equivalent
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certified in Applied Foresight (ACF) or Strategic Foresight (SFI)
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
