- Produce high-impact trend reports on biotech augmentation and climate tech
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational strategy
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners and academic collaborators
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business recommendations
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
