- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and WHO innovation hubs
- Chair the 'Horizon 2026' committee guiding $2B+ R&D portfolio allocation
- Present to congressional committees on emerging technology policy frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight roles at Fortune 100 tech firms
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruptive innovation
- Proven track record of launching products with >$500M market impact
- Proficiency in AI forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir) and data visualization
