- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycle
- Represent the organization at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Publication record in futurist journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
