Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and implement future-proofing frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Present trend analyses and scenario planning to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation workshops that challenge conventional thinking and inspire organizational transformation
- Publish thought leadership pieces on future trends and their implications for business evolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies with proven impact on corporate strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario planning methodologies
