Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technology trends to forecast their impact on the business landscape through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and test high-impact future concepts.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic vision.
- Cultivate relationships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assess the feasibility and ROI of adopting disruptive technologies, providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Drive the digital transformation strategy, ensuring legacy systems evolve into agile, future-ready architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or Product Strategy within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching or integrating emerging tech solutions (AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.).
- Deep understanding of the technological trends and regulatory landscape relevant to 2026 and the future.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
