Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the company through 2026, identifying key innovation opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, Metaverse) and assess their viability for integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to align technical vision with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of innovation and futuristic thinking across departments.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of technology partners and vendors for long-term strategic projects.
- Develop detailed implementation plans for new technologies, including risk assessment and compliance.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and clear manner.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of leading strategic roadmaps for major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and adapt plans accordingly.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English; experience working in global markets is a plus.
