Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging AI models with legacy enterprise systems.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across all engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, product managers, and security expertsâto drive project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and performance optimization to ensure system efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing, edge computing, and generative AI to apply relevant advancements to Project 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in high-performance computing (HPC) and distributed systems.
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading diverse engineering teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
