Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Architect high-performance, future-proof systems leveraging AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure, and Edge Computing.
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging technologies.
- Establish architectural standards that ensure resilience and scalability for the next decade.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex future trends into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Data Engineering, or AI Research.
- Deep expertise in Python, distributed systems, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred).
