Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and lead the technical strategy for 2026, identifying emerging technologies like quantum computing and edge AI.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient microservices architectures capable of handling high-volume global traffic.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and business units to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of legacy systems during transition to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML model deployment and predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
