Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of the core system architecture for the 2026 product line, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Tech Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with product managers to translate the 2026 vision into concrete technical milestones and development sprints.
- AI Integration: Integrate next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents into our existing infrastructure pipelines.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure sub-millisecond latency for user interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science and security teams to align system capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience deploying production-grade AI models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems and drive projects to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
