Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Future Systems Architect to lead the design of next-generation infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond. You will work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Readiness, and Cloud Native technologies to solve complex, large-scale problems.
In this role, you will not just maintain systems; you will architect the ecosystem that powers our clients' evolution into the next decade. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures capable of supporting enterprise-grade workloads for 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
- Define best practices for security, scalability, and reliability in a cloud-native environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, message queues, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
