Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Horizon Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals for the next 3-5 years.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance architectures that integrate emerging AI/ML capabilities and quantum-ready protocols.
- Tech Stack Governance: Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, ensuring our stack remains ahead of industry standards.
- Strategic Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks that anticipate future threats and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Future Tech Fluency: Demonstrated understanding or research in AI/ML integration, Edge Computing, and Quantum Computing trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
