Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement robust, scalable features using the 2026 Tech Stack, ensuring high availability and security standards.
- Frontend Innovation: Craft responsive, accessible, and visually stunning user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS architectures.
- Backend Optimization: Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to handle high-volume data processing and low-latency transactions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to ensure rapid, reliable software releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in the 2026 Tech Stack (including [Specific Frameworks if applicable, e.g., React, Node.js, Go] and experience with legacy migration strategies).
- Frontend: Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), CSS frameworks, and component-based architecture.
- Backend: Deep understanding of server-side logic, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and API development (GraphQL/REST).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
