Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
