Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- DevOps: Participate in CI/CD pipeline management and infrastructure as code practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Frontend: Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks, state management, and responsive design.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and Git.
