Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architecture for our flagship products, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the 2026 product lifecycle.
- Lead Advanced AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core workflows to drive automation and efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing readiness, edge computing) and provide strategic recommendations to the CTO.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to support the new 2026 infrastructure stack.
- Performance Engineering: Ensure systems can handle projected traffic spikes and data loads well into the future.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with extensive experience in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, neural networks, and LLM integration.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and execute on high-level strategic roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on architectural scalability.
