Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and maintain high performance standards.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical team members alike.
- Innovation Incubation: Establish and manage 'Future Labs' to prototype and test concepts that will define our 2026 release schedule.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future technologies adhere to global data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years specifically focused on future technology strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating market trends and translating them into actionable technical strategies.
