Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of parcels to residential and commercial clients.
- Collect and return documents and packages with the highest level of professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
- Utilize mobile applications for navigation, route planning, and digital proof of delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or cargo van).
- Strong navigation skills with proficiency in smartphone apps.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
