- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies, such as AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness, to identify viable integration paths.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Oversee system security, reliability, and performance optimization across all project phases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong command of programming languages (Python, Java, or Go) and modern development frameworks.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
