Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the core technical strategy and roadmaps for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- System Design: Design complex distributed systems, microservices architectures, and high-throughput data pipelines.
- Technology Stack Leadership: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready architectures, edge computing) to drive innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish coding standards, conduct architectural reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or technical lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
