Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum, and Distributed Systems.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle the demands of future-scale data.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of proprietary technologies.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy for at least 5 years.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
