Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Technical Roadmap, ensuring scalability and long-term viability of core systems.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects in designing microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Drive technical strategy for AI integration and edge computing infrastructure.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust and distributed systems.
- Strong background in AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large language model (LLM) deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
