- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize R&D investments that align with long-term business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technology stacks to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the exploration of 'blue sky' concepts to drive disruptive growth in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic technology planning, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to look beyond immediate problems and plan for multi-year technology shifts.
