Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and oversee the implementation of the technical strategy for 2026, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Trend Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) to determine feasibility and integration points.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Legacy Modernization: Spearhead the migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and business units to translate future business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing.
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and how to integrate AI into core business logic.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions.
