Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product visions, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions in immersive environments
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify patentable opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and global research institutions
- Present disruption forecasts and adoption timelines to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects in exponential technologies
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven disruption track record
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience launching products with >$100M market impact
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Prior work with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Portfolio of 3+ patents or industry-changing innovations
