Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the technical strategy to prepare our architecture for the challenges and opportunities of the year 2026, including AI integration and edge computing.
- System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems that can handle exponential growth.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and optimization of our cloud-native environments, ensuring security and compliance at scale.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing trends, next-gen ML models) to inform our long-term architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and driving technical debt reduction.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
